The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current
and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. You will
help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.

As a Senior Insights Manager, you will report to the Director, Shopper & Loyalty
Insights and have responsibility for uncovering insights about Loyalty program
members that shape near-term business actions, and influence longer-term
strategic direction of the programs. You will lead a variety of complex insights
projects and be responsible for designing and executing guest or consumer research
to support key initiatives. You will be the primary contact for internal partners and
identify the appropriate research method, data source and vendor/supplier to
execute work. You will be focused on understanding Target’s loyalty and
membership program guests while working with loyalty team partners to
continuously improve the programs we offer -- all with a goal of driving increased
adoption and utilization of loyalty and membership programs at Target.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Experience Insights

  • Experience working on Loyalty / Membership programs preferred

  • Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools

  • Strong collaborator who can effectively influence a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Well-versed in designing and leading a broad array of mixed methodology insights projects

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
