At Numerade, our Machine Learning Engineers are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing engineering team working on new technologies in an environment that supports your technical and professional growth.

 

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Deduce the critical events and features of rich signals and data points required to create powerful ML algorithms.
  • Design and build ML algorithms that translate the detected events and features into actionable end-user feedback.
  • Verify your algorithms by running tests on data from real-world deployments. Your testing will be thorough and innovative, and help guide the next iteration of testing.
  • Incorporate feedback from Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to optimize the final product.

 

You’ll bring:

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Intelligent Systems Engineering, or Statistics
  • Advanced experience in at least one major coding language (e.g. Python) and ML/DL framework (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Advanced experience with architecting, building and applying deep learning models. 
  • Experience with LLM’s and NLP techniques.
  • Comfortable reading and synthesizing SOTA methods from literature. 
  • Contributed ideas and/or concepts that support the generation of intellectual property or published papers.
  • Familiarity with SQL (any variant). 
  • Experience working closely with subject matter experts and statisticians to drive deep analysis.
  • The ability to identify risks and understand how to approach and complete tasks, avoiding serious delays and considerable expenditure of time and resources.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with source control and code management tools such as Git.
  • Hands-on experience with GPUs a plus
  • Experience with big-data tech and distributed environments are a plus!

The base salary range for this position is $120,000- $185,000 annually. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
