You will be part of a highly talented team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, using the latest machine learning technologies to improve Glassdoor's products on user generated content, such as company reviews and interview questions.

Join us if you have a good understanding of NLP, Search, and machine learning techniques and experience implementing those models at large scale in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of engineers and data scientists to create, implement, and improve NLP and Search solutions for entity recognition, classification, clustering, and recommendation.
• Define, research and implement features to enhance our user experience on User Generated Content, such as reviews and interview questions
• Coordinate cross-team projects and proactively drive projects to completion

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience applying machine learning in production environment
• Capable of owning well-defined, mid-to-large size projects without need for close supervision
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in applying machine learning solutions to solve real-world problems
• Hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models in production environment
• Hands-on experience in using structured and unstructured data
• Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms for regression, classification, and clustering
• Familiarity with search domain (Information retrieval, Elastic Search or related tech) is a plus
• Experience in NLP is a plus
• Experience with analyzing large data sets, using Hadoop, Spark or related technologies is a plus
• Write code with a high standard of quality, maintainability, and testability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B.S. or above in Computer Science or a related field
