The Role:

  • Leadership and Strategy
      • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
      • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the analytics function aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data management.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
      • Design and execute complex analytical projects to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from large data sets.
      • Develop predictive models, segmentation strategies, and forecasting techniques to support business forecasting, customer targeting, and optimization efforts.
      • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and develop solutions that address business challenges.
      • Partner with the IT team to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility, including data governance and security practices.
      • Work closely with product teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Reporting and Visualization
    • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.

You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an analytics role, with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and insights generation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of analytics professionals.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $130k-$160k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
