What will I be doing

  • Supporting the execution of offer led marketing campaigns from forecasting analysis, ongoing incrementality & LTV analysis, offer  construct analysis, A/B analysis and brand uplift.
  • Network Affiliates:  Channel and partner analysis – identify opportunities for the channel, build trigger reports,  channel & partner campaign/placements analysis, offer construct analysis, competitor reporting, MTA across the partner types + integrated solutions. Work with the Awin BI team on integrated tableau reports and the Viator data warehouse team to make improvements to our data APIs
  • Content partner: True value of content partners (MTA), brand uplift Vs revenue, partner analysis and campaign
  • Providing timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making.
  • Identifying key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting. Own and automate the reporting tools.
  • Understand strategic roadmaps and actively influence these, driving actionable change.
  • Creating concepts, and justify business cases analyses to improve customer engagement and value metrics
  • Leading on the measurement of testing analysis to provide insights of true business impact, using deep dive to understand the results
  • Working with 3rd party providers and agencies to access and implement any necessary tools and tracking methods when not available in-house.

What You’ll bring to the team: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics (ideal backgrounds include: a similar analyst role at a paid media agency, e-commerce or travel industry with experience working on Brand and Content Analytics, a data-based consulting role, or other data strategy type positions)
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, etc), Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Self-motivated problem solver who thinks both strategically and analytically, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management, strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement (e.g. attribution measurement, marketing mix modelling, revenue lift measurement)
  • Proven experience in running analytics projects, working closely with stakeholders, understanding and managing priorities, also ensuring results are communicated clearly and concisely.

Tool knowledge

  • Advanced SQL. You are comfortable with intermediate SQL: CASE, UNION, subqueries, and windows functions. You must be able to read others' code and provide feedback to improve the query quality (know best practices).
  • Fluent with excel functions (LOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX/MATCH); able to use MACRO is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in R/Python required. Must be able to read and understand others' code. Must be able to identify projects that can be performed using a statistical programming language and how to execute the project at a high level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau/visualization tool required. Must be able to design and build robust, error-free visualizations quickly. Able to lead the discussion around how a given analysis should be visualized.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in statistical methods. Able to build complex statistical/machine learning models
