As a Growth Analyst, you will partner with the Marketing team to answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) with data-driven analysis. You’ll inform marketing strategy by thinking beyond immediate analysis to understand long-term implications of actions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions related to customer acquisition for key stakeholders 
  • Build dashboards to monitor and track KPIs 
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights are incorporated in key decision-making 
  • Inform marketing strategy by thinking beyond immediate analysis to understand long-term implications of actions 
  • Analyze and summarize A/B tests for the marketing team. Communicate the results to a general audience and describe the impact 
  • Maintain and develop trust in “Source of Truth” attribution 
  • Effectively share insights and analyses to business stakeholders to drive business decisions 
  • Ensure that we properly understand the value of all of our marketing channels - for acquisition, engagement, retention 
  • Analyze clickstream, session, and booking data to monitor advertising partner quality and optimize channel performance 
  • Leverage a combination of internal and external data sources to answer business questions 

What You’ll Need  

  • 3 to 7 years of analytical experience, preferably within Marketing
  • Understanding of relational database table design and proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Strong proficiency in developing dashboards in Looker (preferred) or similar BI/Visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience in Python, R or other scripting language 
  • Experience Visualizing data and creating reports 
  • Familiarity with statistics, regression analysis, A/B Testing, and causal analysis
  • Experience identifying and adapting to imperfect data 
  • Ability to facilitate experimentation and conduct experiment analysis 
  • Knowledge of Github, Segment, Google Analytics, and/or Looker platforms a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field#BI-Remote
