OVERVIEW

Automox has an exciting opening for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join the marketing operations team. This role will focus on all things data to support marketing initiatives by conducting complex analysis, effectively communicating business insights, and converting results into actionable go-to-market decisions. Successful applicants will be highly collaborative working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and comfortable with significant exposure to our Executive Leadership team. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Drive insights to inform key business decisions and implement changes to processes, data, and systems to accelerate pipeline growth
    • Build and document simple, clear data models in an easily digestible format
    • Communicate clearly and succinctly as the marketing funnel subject matter expert — synthesizing forecast and performance driven by understanding our models
    • Leverage data-driven analysis to identify and present potential improvements in marketing spend efficiency
    • Validate and maintain cross-functional data flow to increase confidence and predictability across the GTM machine
    • Own end-to-end, dual-funnel marketing reporting — driving credibility in both traditional and account-based strategies

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
    • A strong command of Marketo and Salesforce, experience with Bizible, Mode, Segment, FiveTran a plus
    • Data enthusiast with SQL expertise
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions independently
    • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
    • Exceptional collaboration and technical aptitude, having worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stack
    • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to readily adapt to changing market and organizational requirements
COMPENSATION
Colorado applicants: The minimum annual salary for this role is $96,000. Base pay is part of a rich total compensation package and is included for demonstrative purposes only.
