Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Machine Learning to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a company-wide strategy for machine learning across all our products. Your focus will be on creating exceptional product experiences that help millions of shoppers save time and money while driving business impact. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to align priorities, provide updates, and gather feedback while building and maintaining strong relationships to foster a culture of trust and teamwork.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Develop and manage the ML Product roadmap to maximize business impact
Partner with ML Engineering team to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure ML infrastructure and platform
Build and maintain relationships across the business to collaborate and effectively communicate priorities, plans, updates, and feedback
Identify opportunities across the business to drive adoption for ML-Guided Services
Drive adoption of ML-Guided products across the company
Leverage critical metrics to provide actionable business recommendations
Ensure ML platform compatibility with other systems across the organization

What we are looking for:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in AppliedML Product Management
Experience building Machine Learning ecosystems at scale
Excellent quantitative skills, with an ability to run tests, conduct analysis, and draw meaningful insights from large amounts of data to guide decision making
Up to date knowledge of Machine Learning best practices and technology
Ability to become a subject matter expert on your domain and represent its strategy to senior leadership
Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners
Comfort navigating product challenges in a high growth environment, working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture, and leading a team through dynamic change
Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
BA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math or related field is required

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Candidates must live in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Base compensation range: $110,000-$140,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
