Signifyd is looking for an analytical Senior Revenue Operations Analyst that will handle reporting, dashboards, and analytics for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will support the growth and success of Signifyd’s overall GTM organization, specifically Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Implementations, and Customer Success (CS) functions, by providing data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions. Our ideal Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Reporting & Analytics will have experience and background in CRM and BI tools, ideally Salesforce and Looker (or equivalent). Additionally, this role will be required to analyze data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Lastly, we’re looking for a team member that can work within the RevTech team to identify ways to improve our overall reporting and analytics infrastructure, as well as our Revenue Operations tech stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to provide the GTM, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams with just-in-time analytics and insights for planning and strategic business decisions
  • Maintain, update, and evolve datasets across the marketing, sales, and customer success technology stacks to support reporting
  • Drive alignment in KPIs & taxonomy across all departments supported by Revenue Operations
  • Support performance management of GTM team members through analysis of sales productivity, pipeline generation, bookings, and net retention data
  • Document and create enablement collateral on Signifyd’s GTM primary reports and dashboards in Confluence
  • Proactively manage Salesforce data hygiene and establish single sources of truth across GTM tools/systems, including Marketo, Ironclad, and Planhat
  • Provide insights on pre-sales customer journey KPIs (e.g. campaign ROI, pipeline generation, lead conversion, opportunity conversion, bookings, bookings accuracy) to support Revenue Operations planning and OKR tracking
  • Provide insights on post-sales customer journey KPIs (e.g. net retention, NPS, time to go-live) to support Revenue Operations planning and OKR tracking

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $149,500 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
