As a Sr. Risk Analyst in Trust & Safety, you’ll play a major role at Dapper driving data-driven decisions to help optimize user security, minimize financial losses, and develop performance transparency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for analytic strategy, be decisive, and has experience developing and implementing risk mitigation solutions.

What we’ll accomplish together:

• Optimize the end-to-end fraud risk strategy for Dapper platform
• Develop strong relationships with key leads across product, engineering, data science and business teams to effectively manage fraud risk programs
• Improve existing policies, reporting, and workflows
• Obtain insights from transaction & product data to come up with new strategies to mitigate/stop high-risk activities
• Build a deep understanding of the Risk data, reporting, and key metrics
• Develop governance, escalation, accountability, and remediation strategies and frameworks

A little about you:

• Undergraduate degree, technical certificate, or relevant work experience
• Excellent data analysis skills (SQL, Python) and dashboarding experience (Tableau, PowerBI)
• An analytical approach to decision-making. You are analytical, objective and skilled at using metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to independently structure and deliver analysis and solutions for issues not previously identified
• Ability to stay calm in critical situations, willing to prioritize and resolve complex issues
• Support workflow valuation and prioritization to optimize fraud review efficiency
• An excellent problem solver, ability to quickly get to the root and common patterns of problems

You'll be a key leader of the team responsible for ensuring that reporting and analysis are efficient, effective, and accurate. Your focus, and that of the overall team, will be promoting the best possible user experience with effective safeguards to mitigate harmful activity.
