Role Overview:

Data Science & Analytics team is expanding within the Consumer Marketing organization, with a laser focus on building data tools, supporting experimentation, developing predictive models, and extracting data-driven insights to achieve our goals for a direct-to-consumer marketing organization that supports 400 million customers worldwide. With a focus on our Consumer business, this is an opportunity to work with creative businesspeople who are change agents for our business practices and methodologies and affecting top-line revenue.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Web Analyst, using your analytical, programming background, and problem-solving skills, you will help extract the secrets of our data, translating data findings into customer insights. You will do so by discovering and transforming the data, performing ad-hoc data analysis, and developing data tools and dashboards for the Marketing Analytics team to allow them to monitor the essential metrics to identify pain points and improve business outcomes. You are curious about data, passionate about telling stories based on data, and willing to be data experts of reference within the organization.

About The Role:

  • Be the SME for Adobe Analytics within the Marketing Analytics team.
  • Run data analysis to support experimentation and convert analytical findings into customer insights that power marketing strategies and programs across end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Design, develop, and automate data tools and dashboards that allow to monitor metrics in a highly scalable self-service way.
  • Implement data hygiene, standardization, and transformation that optimizes other data processes.
  • Partner with different team members to solve data problems, identify trends, and find opportunities.

About You:

  • Passion for working in a marketing team of a B2C product and for applying data analytics to improve business results.
  • Professional experience in hypothesis testing, design of experiments, data mining, data visualization, and data manipulation/transformation.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a data analyst role including data mining, data transformation, and delivering relevant insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in programming with SQL, Python, or R for exploring and transforming data within a relational database environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny, D3.js, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in Statistical Testing (Frequentist A/B testing, Bayesian A/B testing, or Multivariate testing) and design of experiments.
  • Expertise with Adobe Analytics is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft advertising, and FB ad platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using at least one tag management system (Launch, GTM, Tealium).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy, data bricks, and other tools for report analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in handling large datasets in big data environments using PySpark is a bonus.
  • Experience working in Databricks within a cloud environment (Azure, AWS) is a bonus.
