Who you are:

  • You have created efficient stored procedures, functions, and views (3+ years of SQL experience)
  • You have experience with accounting, auditing or financial reporting standards, as well as building reports utilizing SSRS
  • You’re familiar with Blackbaud, Workday, or Ellucian, as well as MS Office
  • You can communicate with non-technical stakeholders about complex technical topics (oral and written communication)
  • You use critical thinking and troubleshooting to solve problems
  • You have the ability to work independently, but also be a team player that works collaboratively
  • You have excellent time management and organization skills
  • You are dedicated to providing excellent customer service

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Deliver high-level support to clients and the Client Experience team by fielding tickets, meeting deadlines, prioritizing work items, and communicating workflow 
  • Serve as “Tier 2” support for SQL requests that come in through the helpdesk that existing tools cannot handle
  • Work with Client Experience Specialists to create client-facing documentation to increase transparency
  • In collaboration with the Client Experience team, serve as primary developer for building, maintaining, testing, and deploying client imports, exports, and reports 
  • Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop projects in a fast-paced environment by participating in requirement analysis/definition, technical architecture discussions, code development, and testing
  • Follow the established software development life cycle (SDLC), coding standards, and naming conventions
