POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a highly data-driven, growth minded Sr. Analyst to join our Customer Lifecycle Marketing Strategy and Analytics team in order to help us develop new methods and strategies to enhance the relationship we have with our members. This person will be responsible for supporting the development of lifecycle marketing strategies, building personalized propensity models, as well as communicating performance and recommendations to C-suite audiences. This is a high visibility/high impact role which will be supporting the Marketing department’s direction, along with company level goals & metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design of the lending strategy to increase engagement and loyalty of our Members, including multi-product adoption, payments, and multi-channel communications.
  • Build credibility and rapport via strong analytical conclusions with cross-functional partners to help drive Member-focused change across all touchpoints
  • Create and socialize impactful business recommendations by combining analytical problem solving and strategic storytelling skills
  • Strong time management skills, to ensure timely completion of project milestones while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Help design, launch, and analyze omni-channel communication (email, SMS, DM, push notifications, telesales) experiments and support scaling them into mature campaigns.
  • Support ongoing analysis of business and marketing performance required to inform company level decisions on a regular basis
  • Support the development, and maintain the reporting, dashboards, analysis and models to hit KPIs
  • Leverage strong analytical capabilities to solve non-routine problems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in relevant field of work (like analytics, business strategy, or performance marketing). Minimum; 4+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders as well as communicate to a C-suite audience.
  • Experience using database languages (any SQL variant) required; Python/R/Matlab experience preferred.
  • High level of independence with a growth-oriented execution mindset
  • Enough grit to be able to find that needle in the haystack

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $124,000.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects a national minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
