We are seeking a talented People Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving our People transformation initiatives. This role is part of the PMO, People team reporting to the Head of PMO and DEI. As a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics, you will leverage data and analytics to provide insights into our organization effectiveness, improve our talent management processes, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering multiple work streams, collaborating across the People team and with other stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics needs and ensure alignment with business goals. What You'll Do:

    • Lead the development and implementation of analytics-driven solutions to support decision-making and People program evaluation
    • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
    • Translate data insights into compelling narratives that are accessible to a broad audience including senior executives, managers and frontline employees
    • Develop and deliver presentations, reports and other communications that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations
    • Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics, and share insights with stakeholders across the organizations
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed to support project delivery and ad hoc data requests

About You:

    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficient in leveraging people data for analyzing results and making recommendations
    • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including proficiency in data visualization, analysis and reporting (Experience with visualization tools e.g. Tableau is a bonus)
    • Self-directed and proactive with the ability and motivation to learn fast, work independently, and prioritize work using time efficiently
    • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $124,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
