Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management

    • Create and maintain data tables to empower data analysis, with an eye toward long-term organization and efficiency

    • Provide input into cross-functional decision making about short- and long-term data integrity and usability.

  • Reporting and Visualization

    • Partner with Services, Support, Enablement, and Operations leaders to define and validate requirements for reports and dashboards.

    • Create ad hoc and always-on reports and data analysis.

    • Create data visualizations in Tableau (or lead a migration to a new platform, if you can justify it!)

  • Strategic Projects

    • Independently lead projects with long-term, cross functional impact 

    • Work with cross-team leaders to align and progress toward durable solutions. 

    • Project management. Keep projects organized and on time. Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders. Lead meetings and keep them on track, creating alignment and driving toward clear objectives. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in or supporting Professional Services, Support, or Customer Success organizations.

  • Excellent and succinct communication skills, catered to different audiences from senior leadership and execs to ICs.

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Strong ability to work through complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Experience leading long-term, cross-functional projects.

  • Experience with project management, issue and risk management.

  • Experience building and launching successful team processes.

  • Experience using SQL.

  • Some experience creating data visualizations.

  • Strong ability to learn new skills and technologies. 

Nice to Haves

  • Intermediate to advanced SQL

  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization software

  • Experience with data analysis / reporting

The approximate annual base compensation range is $143,000 to $168,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
