We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Analyst to join the Client Organization reporting directly to the Director of Client Success Operations supporting the entirety of the Client Org, including Client Success Management, Client Care, Clinical Consulting, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate for this position combines a proven, strategic, and collaborative approach to analyzing data and providing insights in a startup and/or SaaS environment.

What You'll Own:

• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Client Org reporting from the ground up; collaborating on defining the requirements, assisting with ETL / integrations, architecting data models, and providing maintenance & support
• Create shared data governance principles and accountability across the analytics functions
• Balancing ownership and collaboration on initiatives; offering consultation as needed
• Developing new data opportunities (both structured and unstructured) and sophisticated data models used to build new dashboards, automated reports, and product analytics
• Utilizing knowledge of data science concepts including statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics to support various business needs

What You Bring to the Table:

• BS in technical degree field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture/modeling and dashboard UI development/design
• Working knowledge of the following:
  • Scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
  • Business intelligence solutions (Tableau, Salesforce, Gainsight)
• Data engineering concepts (integrations / ETL, big data technologies, data warehousing, etc.) is a plus but not required
• Data science concepts including statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics is a plus but not required
