We are looking for a Data Analyst who can support the team through a combination of product work, data analytics, and quality assurance.  You’ll work directly with the Product Management team to help Henry Meds understand the big picture and tackle the small details.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General data analysis for the product and engineering team. 
  • Perform usage analysis, conversion funnel analysis, and financial impact analysis.
  • Monitor and help define KPIs around product performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of product launches by analyzing AB tests or similar.
  • Quantify the impact of product launches through impact analysis, NPV, A/B experimentation, and other metrics.
  • Research benchmark and market data from competitors and the overall health tech market in order to compare external data against internal metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and understanding of business needs.
  • Advanced SQL and experience using it to perform data analysis on large datasets.
  • Experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn insights into actions.
  • Experience with DTC web app or mobile app.
  • Ability to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy to discover the true story behind the data.
  • Comfortable adapting on the fly and working outside the comfort zone in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in digital health or telehealth.
  • BA/BS degree or higher in quantitative or business fields.
  • Proficient at using Python, R, or similar programming to perform general data analysis, regression analysis, etc.
  • Startup experience.
