BUILD

  • Lead the creation of a strategic data and analytics- based infrastructure to enable PEXNA to assess its performance and rapidly drive improvement where needed
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the North American region, using their feedback to continually evolve our approach
  • Serve as the strategic partner for business leaders to define performance metrics and key performance indicators, KPIs, to measure progress against goals and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure that our operations and businesses are executing at the highest levels of excellence
  • Serve as the strategic partner to Senior Leaders across the organization in development of a best-in-class, real-time reporting infrastructure – identification of critical performance objectives, translation to metrics, visualization into real-time dashboards

DEPLOY

  • Drive adoption of dashboards and performance metrics by showcasing opportunities for dashboards to provide additional value and attending key meetings to actively encourage the use of dashboards to provide updates and drive decision making by leaders
  • Lead the organization proactively and regularly translating dashboard reports into insights to develop opportunities to launch new projects that improve performance
  • Oversee monitoring and review insights developed from dashboards to flag lagging metrics to business leaders
  • Supervise and drive improvement of dashboards to better fit evolving enterprise needs and translate these opportunities into technical requirements for EA
  • Bring best-in-class performance monitoring practices to the development and use of dashboards, e.g., the use of predictive analytics to identify metric improvements that would drive the most business impact
  • Ensure dashboards function and content tie directly to the strategy and CEO agenda through continued improvement and collaboration with the Office of the CEO and the Strategy function

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Engineering or Business Management related field; Masters Degree is a plus
  • At least 10 years working in multinational companies with decentralized operating structures
  • Proven experience in data analysis and synthesis; ability to make qualitative and strategic conclusions from large data sets
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to proactively assess project status and highlight issues
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth of knowledge or defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging enterprise priorities
  • Experience in building and implementing cross-function and cross-enterprise initiatives
  • LSS certified is a plus
  • High degree of Project execution and facilitation experience in heavily matrixed environment
  • Project and Change Management experience

Problem Solving:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Tableau or BI tools, Visio or other process mapping tools
  • Very experienced in designing and deploying dashboards
  • Strong Management Consulting experience

Communications:

  • Outstanding Leadership and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex data structures into digestible and meaningful metrics to drive business decisions for a diverse set of leaders
  • Able to communicate effectively in all media forms and cross-culturally
