Position Summary:
The Sr. MarTech Program Manager is an exciting position in Pax8’s global Marketing organization. This expert individual contributor will be on point to lead a cross-functional, complex transformation initiative working with Pax8’s Commerce, Operations, Product, Data, and Tech Services teams. The program for this initiative is drafted, approved across the organization, and ready to activate.

The ideal Sr. MarTech Program Manager has managed complex, long-range programs at scaled commercial enterprises and is an expert at maintaining clarity and communication among all stakeholders, operating on a predictable and timely schedule to ensure the program’s continued momentum.
They report to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing Operations and will work closely with the Global Operations Office to adopt and practice Pax8’s program management and operation model.
Process planning, workflow efficiency, and exceptional communication are second nature to this program leader. The successful candidate is courageous in pursuing challenges, expert at “managing up and managing across,” and is fearless when communicating risks, blockers, and outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Transformation Initiatives: Take ownership of a complex cross-functional transformation initiative involving Pax8's Commerce, Operations, Product, Data, and Tech Services teams. Ensure alignment with the approved program objectives and drive successful execution.
- PMO Leadership: Serve as PMO lead for enterprise technology initiatives to provide strategic direction, establish best practices, and ensure successful project execution.
- Complex Program Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing complex, long-range programs within scaled commercial enterprises. Maintain clarity of purpose and communication among all stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Predictable Timelines: Develop and adhere to a predictable and timely program schedule. Keep the program on track, ensuring milestones are met and momentum is maintained.
- Process Planning: Develop and refine processes related to the transformation initiative. Ensure efficient workflows are in place to support the program's objectives.
- Workflow Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve workflow efficiency within the program. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Exceptional Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both vertically and horizontally within the organization. Ensure that everyone is well informed about the program's status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of program activities, decisions, and outcomes. Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant parties for future reference.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly measure the program's success against these metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least ten (10) years of technical program management
- Experience working within a global corporation, consultancy, or agency
- SaaS industry experience is desirable but not required
- Expert knowledge of CRM, MarTech, and enterprise application best practices
- Demonstrable experience leading organizational change management/transformation projects and programs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building skills

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification required
- Scrum master certification desirable
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $130,000 or more depending on experience
