We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Systems & Analytics Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our SFDC Sales platform. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team at Bluesight, you will have the opportunity to drive cross-functional collaboration on all systems work that impacts the company’s revenue, from pre-sales to strategic renewals and beyond.
Sales Cloud Administration:
•Serve as a primary system administrator for our Salesforce instance, taking ownership of configuration, customization, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
•Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
•Maintain and automate business processes using custom objects and workflow rules, and document enhancements and maintenance tasks.
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and workflows.
•Manage user profiles, roles, and security settings to enforce access controls and maintain data integrity.
Business Analytics:
•Own, manage, and measure standard sales and marketing KPIs (pipeline conversion, pipeline velocity, sales cycles)
Customer Success Application Management:
•Oversee and optimize customer success applications to enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
•Take charge of administering and configuring applications for integration into SFDC, including customer success platform, customer relationship tools, and customer support systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation workflows, customizations, and integrations to streamline customer success operations.
•Ensure data integrity by monitoring data quality, resolving discrepancies, and conducting regular data maintenance tasks.
•Analyze and report on application usage metrics, trends, and key performance indicators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
•Provide user training and support, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth adoption and maximum utilization of customer success applications.
Documentation and Training:
•Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, encompassing system configurations, processes, and workflows.
•Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on best practices, system capabilities, and new features.
Collaboration and Communication:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
•Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on system changes, updates, and user support needs.
•Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Sales Cloud, customer success applications, and marketing operations.
This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
