Company Overview
TrustEngine is the world's first Automated Borrower Intelligence System, and we believe in a simple idea: that banks and mortgage lenders can win by over-serving their customers rather than over-selling them. Our mission is we will empower Lenders to become lifelong champions for Borrowers and we fulfill this mission through our SaaS platform. We provide the lending community tools to inform them when anyone in their database is ready for a better loan.

We are considered the leaders in our space, and we’re growing incredibly fast. If you’re interested come see for yourself!

Using data to scale businesses is part science, part contextualization, and part art. Picking the right data to collect, how to interpret it, and how to apply it has the chance to completely impact a business’ direction - both positively and negatively.
Do you love finding answers to what drives product and business performance? Not just making dashboards - but asking the right (and oftentimes very difficult) questions, and getting to the key knobs that drive outcomes? Do you not feel quite right if there are factors at work in a product and business that you can’t completely explain? Yep, we know what that’s like, and we need someone like you!
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, hands-on Product & Business Analytics Director who loves to learn products and businesses through the lens of data and can not only execute but lead and grow a team of analysts to drive full transparency and control of key business processes. This includes implementing Product Growth metrics (including bootstrapping product-led growth metrics) as well as owning core financial BI metrics and operationalizing other KPIs across the company. As our first hire in this role, the ideal candidate would design and implement ad hoc and automated analysis pipelines, design and deliver appropriate data summaries to a broad range of stakeholders including C-level executives inside and outside the company. This role should bring a data-first mindset to the broader organization.
We work fast and agile, so flexibility and incrementality is a key mindset for this role. Move fast, be imperfect, but be honest about the imperfection as we get better.
