Role
We're looking for an Analytics Manager to lead and grow our Analytics & Reporting function within our Treasury team.  This key leadership role will support the build-out of the team and drive the increase in operational value of Finance Automation through transparent reporting of cash activity and influence business decisions through dynamic analytics to proactively identify issues and their root causes.

Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop a team of junior analysts and individual contributors
    • Develop knowledge about business processes & systems and become data SME
    • Organize and drive successful completion of analytics projects related things like cash reconciliation and distributions, treasury analytics, product analytics
    • Oversee in-depth analyses and the creation of statistical models to identify trends and key drivers that inform important decisions across the business
    • Oversee development of best practices for examining, interpreting and communicating results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in operations
    • Oversee development of best practices to improve the overall quality of data being ingested to maximize reliability of models / insights
    • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
    • Collaborate with the corporate Data Architect and oversee the development of an operational DataMartPartner with the Performance Measurement and Reporting team to ensure high quality data feeds and automated extraction practices are being deployed

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science or related major (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems etc.,) preferred)
    • 6+ years relevant professional experience required
    • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience within data analytics related fields
    • SQL, PostgreSQL and/or Redshift experience
    • Working knowledge of Tableau or similar
    • Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
    • Experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
