BCF is wholly owned and operated by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota, a Federally-recognized Native American Tribe (the “Tribe”).

Through the Spotloan brand, BlueChip Financial has provided over 675,000 loans to hundreds of thousands of Americans in need since its establishment in 2012. Funding from Spotloan provides a significant portion of the tribe’s general fund revenue, supporting critical community programs such as the fire department, waste management, the tribal court system, and much more.
