General Summary of Position
Analyst responsible for website analytics, digital tracking governance, and management of website traffic and engagement data using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Creates and maintains Adobe Customer Analytics tags and tags for other digital tracking pixels.

Develops reports and dashboards in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to produce actionable insights on website traffic and engagement.

Manages Adobe Customer Journey Analytics data integrations.

Manages digital tracking governance and logging of additions and changes to website tracking pixels.

Conducts proactive audits of website tracking technology.

Conducts ad hoc analysis to provide insights to stakeholders based on monitoring of data.

Team expert on digital tracking technology and governance. Responsible for providing advice and counsel to the business on digital tracking.

Minimum Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or other quantitative field required and
  • Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • 1-2 years Experience with Adobe Analytics with an understanding of how to leverage data to make informed business decisions. required and
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools required and
  • Experience with digital tracking tag management solutions, with knowledge to manage, configure, and deploy tags required and
  • Strong database experience with abilities to integrate and ingest data from a variety of sources required and
  • Extensive experience managing and analyzing website and digital platform data required and
  • At least 1 year of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong quantitative analytic skills with an aptitude for analyzing large data sets.
  • SQL skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Excel or a data blending tool such as Alteryx, with the ability to create complex queries and data workflows. Python and JavaScript skills preferred.
  • Passion for analytics with the desire to help drive immediate improvement in business results based on the data analysis.
  • Strong strategic skills and proactive problem-solver who can think outside the box with demonstrated analytical ability to recommend solutions for particularly complex and abstract business problems.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast paced, matrix-type of corporate culture.
  • Team player.
