The Role:

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team for a 100% remote position. The data analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing affiliate data from multiple sources and will be a key point person in all data-driven business decisions. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing start-up at a pivotal time in the company’s growth. This is a full-time, salaried position. Can also accommodate part-time candidates on a case-by-case basis

What You'll Do:

  • Marketing Analysis: Comb through large data files to identify trends and growth opportunities. Analyze campaign results and recommend strategy pivots.
  • Reporting: Combine data from multiple sources to build various company reports, including Campaign Wrap Reports, Monthly Dashboard Reports and Premium Publisher Qualifications and Payouts.
  • Payments & Reconciliation: Map all Finance/Insertion Order payments, and will be in charge of monthly transaction reconciliation work. Will work closely with the external bookkeeper and controller, customer support and technical product specialist. 
  • Contracts: Build and keep track of various Insertion Orders, Contracts and Invoices.
  • Publisher Recruitment: Identify areas of new opportunities and trends to drive revenue growth. Tasks include CRM management and list building.
  • Compliance: Build on current compliance procedures to always ensure T&C and FTC compliance by our partners.
  • Other Analysis: Ad hoc data, finance and analytical projects.
  • Training: Create training and process documentation for future employees.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Tune, Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc.)
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel and Google Forms (ability to do pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc. a must)
  • Expert at PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Comfortable with new and emerging technology
  • Very technically savvy
  • Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
