As an Analyst on the Business Intelligence team, you will be the go-to resource for empowering our team to understand and action our business data. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of analysis to teams across the organization, as well as assisting the rest of the team to productize those deliverables. Your primary goal will be to enable the various non-technical teams across the organization to self-serve reporting by building and iterating on your analysis.  As a key early member of the BI team, you will play a critical role in molding the Business Intelligence and Analytics functions at Postscript. All positions at Postscript are fully remote.

Primary duties

• Provide analysis for teams across the organization, helping to drive business decisions using a variety of data sources
• Provide exploratory data analysis as necessary and work iteratively to help teams identify what they are trying to understand
• Build excellent self-service analysis tools, including standardized analysis “playbooks,” dashboards, and toolkits. 
• Drive high utilization of self-service analysis tools. Train and educate non-technical teams on best practices and common patterns for using internal analytics tools
• Improve existing and define new data models within the warehouse to improve analysis efforts
• Help the Business Intelligence team incorporate new methods of analysis in the team’s work, as well as identify new area of the business to which the team can  contribute

What We’ll Love About You

• 2+ years full stack data analytics experience using ETL tools and reporting tools to enable business users to self-serve 
• Experience with SQL, and using a Cloud Warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift for analysis
• Interest in learning new analytics technologies and tools
• Experience with dimensional modelling using DBT, DataVault, or similar prefered
• Strong proactive and cross-functional orientation 
• High growth/early stage experience preferred
