The Supply Chain Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Senior Manager, Supply and Demand Planning, with all aspects of Toast's hardware product demand plans. Specifically - the Senior Analyst will play a significant role in maintaining and reporting these plans, as well as helping to integrate these plans into other functions throughout the company.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Responsible for forecasting all hardware demand for all countries, to include generating weekly, monthly and quarterly plans that meet Toast’s customer needs and financial plans, and work closely with stakeholders to integrate plans across the organization as needed.
• Lead monthly Demand Forum and present demand updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Succinctly summarize and communicate risks, opportunities, and the baseline assumptions of the plans.
• Work closely with the broader Supply Chain team in developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate impacts to Toast customers. 
• Help prepare data and reports for monthly S&OP meeting, as well as any additional ad hoc requests from cross-functional departments.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree and 1 -3 years of experience in forecasting in a high growth environment
• Expert spreadsheet skills; extensive experience building planning and or operational models, analyzing large data sets, and collating data from multiple sources. 
• Excellent communication skills; experience presenting complex data to executive stakeholders; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
• Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous work environment

Special sauce*:

• Prior planning experience in consumer electronics or other high-value consumer goods
• Strong interest in propagating analytics and data-driven decision making at a fast growing company
• Some experience with querying relational databases and/or working with BI tools.
