We are looking for an outstanding individual to join Affirm’s Revenue Growth team to focus on co-creating and supporting enterprise strategy, working with Commercial leadership to integrate strategy into our revenue and portfolio plans, and drive special projects. You’ll be tasked with owning in-year revenue objectives and initiatives, and bringing Affirm’s long-term Commercial strategy to life.

The ideal team member has strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the desire to work closely with internal and external partners. You’ll have an opportunity to craft the direction of Affirm with our help, helping millions of consumers receive honest and clear financing.

What you’ll do

  • Lead ad hoc special “internal consulting” projects. Scope can be wide-ranging and include topics across growth strategy/operations, process improvement, business/investment cases, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing leadership on identifying, implementing and scaling revenue growth priorities
  • Take ownership and work with cross-functional teams to optimize our strategy and go-to-market plans for Affirm’s most strategic clients, and own execution
  • Demonstrate deep market knowledge and draw insights from internal data in order to identify and evaluate exciting, open-ended questions
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to cross-functional partners and influence across the organization
  • Support preparation of executive level communications and presentations; track and report progress on a monthly basis
  • Vigilantly follow the competitive landscape and evolving market dynamics

What We Look For:

  • Passion and drive to redefine both the retail and payments industry for the better
  • 2-3 years of experience within management consulting or ideally recent experience in strategic functions at a high-growth technology company. Investment banking and/or private equity experience is a plus. This role is both strategic and quantitative. 
  • A passion for finding insights in data and a familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and Looker to uncover those insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and graphic - are a must
  • Ability to take ownership beyond one's scope and manage timelines efficiently
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and often ambiguous work environment
  • Just enough laziness to find a faster way to do your least favorite tasks
  • Direct, humble communication style, including a willingness to receive constructive feedback
