NOTE: This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the AMERICAS region.
We are seeking to hire an Analytics Engineer to join LeadIQ and help build the Data Org. In this role, you will be driving organizational projects that require developing scalable data models, data visualizations and defining data requirements/processes aligned to business objectives. In addition, you would be working closely with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance leaders across geographies to help make better business decisions and help understand their analytics needs.
The Role
Lead major cross-functional projects that require developing data-driven solutions for complex business challenges
Design, build and maintain scalable data models that are clean, tested, and well documented
Analyze data from various sources and derive intelligence to influence global business decisions
Work in close collaboration with our Data and Engineering team to understand and implement the business logic
The Stack
Data Analytics, SQL, Airflow, DBT, Redshift, Stitch, Census, Tableau
The Person
At least 3 years of experience working in a data team as a data engineer/analyst, preferably from a marketing or business background
Collaborate with business stakeholders, advise on analytical approaches, explore solutions to address business challenges
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Experience in the building data pipeline
Continuously explore and implement new technologies, tools, and techniques that will overall improve data processing, enhance the analytics solution or produce effective and engaging visualization
Nice to have
Experience leading/mentoring a team
