What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us in designing, implementing, and optimizing our dimensional data model to support our analytical and reporting needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in DBT and Snowflake to streamline data workflows, ensure data accuracy, and empower stakeholders with actionable insights.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
• Design and implement dimensional data models in Snowflake using DBT, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and transformation processes.
• Implement data governance and quality control processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document data models, transformations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain data lineage and documentation standards.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If: 

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in a data engineering role building products, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Experience with Snowflake, Fiveran, DBT, and SQL.
• Strong foundations in SQL, data modeling and system design.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• You are proactive and self-motivated, and can work independently to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimizing and improving our data pipelines and infrastructure.

This is a contract position. The contract duration is 3 months. The salary range for this role is $75/hr.
