Role Overview:

Since founding, Grow has been gathering rich data throughout its systems. We are looking for a scrappy and motivated data scientist to derive insights from this data that power high-impact decisions across a variety of functions (product, growth, billing, operations, and more). The company is growing rapidly and offers many opportunities to leverage data skills to make an impact. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about mental healthcare and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will define metrics and KPIs, build dashboards, conduct deep dives, build ETL pipelines and data models, and communicate your findings to stakeholders across the entire organization using the latest data tools (we use Snowflake, DBT, and Looker here). The ideal candidate is ruthlessly pragmatic and can identify the highest points of leverage to drive value for the organization. 

Requirements:

• Mission-driven and passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental healthcare
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• You’re a SQL ninja, bonus points if you’re comfortable working in Python
• Comfortable with statistics and basic modeling
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to distill complexity into impactful insights
• Excellent communication skills; comfort sharing insights with different audiences (non-technical users, C-suite, engineers, PMs, etc. )
• Excited about being a decision-maker, driving recommendations, and working in a rapidly growing startup environment
• Bonus: startup experience, master’s degree in a quantitative field

The salary range for this position is 137 - 154K per year.
