About the role

Deel is the fastest SaaS company ever to reach 100M revenue, and is far along the way to become the fastest company to $1B revenue. Driven by an enormous market and rapid execution on a wide vision to build the first fully global HR platform, Deel has expanded their product suite and customer base by many orders of magnitude in the last few years. As Analytics Manager for Revenue, you’ll work closely with the c-suite executives, providing them guidance in understanding the revenue numbers, whilst building out the analytical infrastructure to drive excellent strategic and tactical decision making.
Duties:

  • You’ll lead and grow a team of analysts and analytics engineers dedicated to revenue and sales and customer success. 

  • You’ll work closely with the most senior stakeholders, helping c-suite members and VPs across the business make better strategic decisions 

  • You’ll guide analysts and analytics engineers in your team on their career paths, helping them to enhance their technical/analytical and soft skills and support with workload management and prioritization

  • You will set the vision of our revenue, churn & retention, and sales data models and reporting infrastructure, enabling senior management, but also our 1500+ person sales and customer success team 

  • You’ll work with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive source data quality 

  • You’ll own the definition, quality and reliability for key business metrics like Revenue and GMV

  • You’ll be a partner to finance and business controlling counterparts, ensuring our revenue metrics are of the highest level of integrity 

  • You’ll contribute to high-level strategic documents, like investor or board decks 

  • You’ll build in Looker, from highly curated and formatted dashboards that will see 1000+ viewers per months, to highly customizable self-service frameworks for specific subteams 

Requirements:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, CS, or another STEM field

  • 6+ years’ experience in analytics role 

  • You’ve led (small) teams before, and know how to manage 

  • Experience working in or near financial analytics functions, like finance, accounting, FP&A, or Revenue Ops

  • You’re an excellent communicator, you know how to tell simple, but compelling stories with data

  • You work well with people across the spectrum 

  • Expert in SQL and Looker (or similar visualization tooling)


We'd especially love to speak with you if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent

  • You have a worked with dbt and LookML

  • Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab)

  • You’ve worked on complex revenue reconciliation projects that span accounting, sales and data 

  • You’ve worked for fast-growing B2B SaaS companies
