Our current state:
Deel is a fast-paced environment and the GTM Analytics function will expand from 6 to minimum 11 team members this year.
GTM covers now both marketing analytics and revenue analytics part.
We are working in a mixed model, being dedicated analysts working closely with marketing / success / revops. At the same time we have Data team reporting line, where we define best analytical practices, standards, knowledge sharing and more, by working with other data functions (Product analytics, Data engineering).
Our vision is: data as a key input for a data-driven development.
We want to build GTM analytics frameworks that will scale well with the business, and you'll be the expert on helping us with that.
Duties
Lead the expansion of GTM Analytics team (from 6 to 11)
Manage priorities and give technical guidance + business goal for all team members: revenue/marketing/success analysts, analytics engineers
Drive team to success, including roadmap ownership, QA, coaching, and defining working framework between the GTM Analytics team and Revops/Sales department
Work directly with Director of Data on creating a modern analytics team
Proactively collaborate on a GTM strategy with the RevOps department
Define success metrics for revops/sales initiatives, measure sales performance by constant monitoring
Build dashboards (Looker) to help drive the business and identify key sales pipeline insights
Analyse marketing campaigns, to make sure we target best audience having low CPA at the same time
Drive alignment between Marketing / Revops in terms of all their metrics and projects they share
Perform performance assessments and define career paths for GTM Analytics team members
Lead by example and keep perfect balance between team needs and business goals
Requirements
5+ years experience in GTM/revenue analytics team, minimum 4 years as a team lead or manager
Strong leadership and ability to interact with C-level executives
Proven track record of success in GTM analytics (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, sales pipeline)
Proficiency in SQL, and digital tracking (amplitude/GTM)
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
Available under LATAM / NAM timezone
