From day-to-day insights to strategic analysis, this role gives leaders confidence in their decisions (and the quality of data to back them up). As a key pillar of the revenue operations team, the BI analyst will help implement a scalable data strategy, build out data sources in Snowflake, create insightful dashboards in Tableau, and leverage R/Python to make big impacts across the business.
You Will Have the Opportunity To:
- Own the data strategy around reporting and analytics
- Create new data sources leveraging Snowflake and Tableau Prep
- Rebuild and improve existing dashboards in Tableau
- Build complex, production-grade SQL or Python pipelines creating sources of truth
- Work with all departments to identify and translate BI needs in order to create new complex dashboards to help drive data-driven decision making across the business
- Use R/Python to drive improvements from account scoring to forecasting to customer health
- Work with our Integration Consultant and Data Engineering team to improve data collection/acquisition processes and build tools to make data access, extraction, and analysis more efficient
- Support executive management by providing timely and ad hoc reporting on critical issues
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Minimum of 4+ years work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong data ETL pipeline development and data visualization experience
- Experience maintaining data warehouses, ETL processes, and data sources
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience with a core focus on business analytics; high-growth B2B technology in software is highly preferred
- Extensive Tableau experience, including owning and maintaining Tableau Cloud/Server, building & managing dashboards and data sources, and creating flows with Tableau Prep
- Demonstrated experience using Tableau to convey analytical findings in easy-to-digest views
- Detailed-oriented, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, especially when information and/or support are lacking
- Comfortable handling ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions, and delivering against aggressive timelines
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with R, Python, and SQL
- Technical qualifications/certifications in data science and Tableau
- Data analytics ability to critically look at performance data and
- A well-rounded understanding of typical B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and client

$85,000 - $105,000 a year
We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, performance bonus, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.
The BI Analyst pay transparency range is $80k-$105k annually + equity.
