Center is seeking to expand our Data team with a Data Scientist who is passionate about advancing data science initiatives, conducting experiments, and actively engaging in the development of data pipelines and frameworks. You will work with our Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify new opportunities to model and predict user behavior on our application, forecast our company growth, and help drive adoption of data driven insight and action throughout the company. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role as one of two team members, embodying a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and embracing a hands-on approach to tackle diverse challenges in our data-driven environment.
You Will Have the Opportunity To:
- Design and build data pipelines, structures, and influence Center’s overall data strategy.
- Build models using statistical and computational tools to identify trends in customer behavior and company performance.
- Design and execute experiments to influence business process and product direction.
- Bring in external data sources and develop new avenues of insight into customer behavior.
- Assist Center’s customers in access to and insights on their own data.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 0-4 Years of experience in a Data Science, Data Engineering, Development, org equivalent role.
- Work experience with analyzing structured, semi structured, and nonstructured data.
- Drive to develop new ideas and challenge the status quo, with analysis to back it up.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to various stakeholders within the organization.
- An entrepreneurial spirit: flexible and willing to pitch in where needed.
- Experience with MongoDB, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL a plus.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs using Python Requests, Node.JS, and tools such as Postman is a plus.
- Python data analysis experience using pandas, numpy, and sklearn required.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, performance bonus, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.
The IT Manager pay transparency salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonus and stock options. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holiday’s, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
