CircleCI is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Revenue team in driving intelligence across our planning, forecasting and territory management. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reports and generating data driven insights to accelerate our sales and customer success business. You must be a self-starter who thrives in the face of an ever-changing startup environment. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, who is resourceful and creative in their approach to problem-solving. CircleCI’s clients include many of the most well-known and fastest growing brands in the world, and they expect the highest level of service, value and expertise from our team members.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical and operational skills, is technically savvy, and an Excel wizard comfortable managing, reconciling, and analyzing large data sets from multiple systems with precision. You should feel excited and passionate about representing the needs of the sales and customer success business while working across various other departments (Finance, Data, Marketing, Product).
This role reports into the Director of Revenue Operations, will work closely with analysts across the company, Revenue & Marketing stakeholders, Data/Product Engineering, and Finance. You will have an immediate impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the client-facing business. This role is vital to CircleCI’s significant growth plans, and we are looking for someone who is excited to be part of a growing organization, loves technology, fun and willing to help CircleCI create a culture of intelligence so we can work smarter and not harder.
