About the Role

The Business Intelligence Engineer will join our growing Data & Analytics team and  will analyze large volumes of data generated from thousands of robotic kiosks and millions of customer interactions. They will share insights from their analysis with KeyMe’s business units including senior leadership, operations, sales, and product development. The candidate will report directly to our Chief Data Officer and work with our CEO, CFO, CTO and other senior leaders to improve access to accurate and actionable data insights. 

• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Work with report users to develop a set of requirements and schedule
• Build new and refine existing ETL flows
• Optimize the performance of existing dashboards in Tableau
• Answer ad-hoc analytics questions

How We Know You Can Do It

• Experience with analytics and business intelligence reporting
• 1-3 years of SQL experience
• 1-2 years experience withTableau or similar visualization platform
• Experience with Dbt Cloud, Airflow or other data workflow tools
• Experience with R and/or Python (preferred)
• Experience building dashboards and data reporting solutions
• Experience hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
• Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet organization goals
• Extreme attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team 
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or math
