What’s Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is rethinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We’re looking for a thoughtful, results-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to drive the development of Clyde’s frontend and backend analytics capabilities as we take the business through its next stage of growth. As a BI Manager at Clyde, you will play a pivotal role in the company as you create, refine, and maintain the company’s suite of reporting to provide visibility as well as produce high impact dashboards to enable informed decision-making for departments across the organization. While being based in the NYC area is preferred, this full-time role can be remote. This role will report directly to the Director of Data Science and Analytics.
