We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Manager - Sales & Operations to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Manager (f/m/x) you will be the number one person to provide qualitative data models and analytical insights to our Sales & Ops Team. You will be part of a strong and fun BI Team and work closely with the Sales and Operations Teams supporting the US market and making sure the business keeps growing by providing data solutions on critical issues and developing new insights to optimize our business.

The role: 

  • Create custom data models and advanced analysis on the KPIs to drive key decisions
  • Communicate and meet with stakeholders to define technical solutions and their business impact together
  • Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes
  • Boost Data Literacy across our Sales and Operations teams to drive self-service BI
  • Tell stories with data by creating intelligent and informative dashboards
  • Analyze/maintain organizations KPIs pertaining to specific projects

About you:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in Project Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, and Data Modelling.
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL (Python is a plus)
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau or similar), valuable dashboard creations, and Data Warehouse tools (Snowflake and PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to consider both tactical detail and the big picture; you execute, learn and teach
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in leveraging data for commercial advantage
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage projects autonomously and choose the desirable tech stack
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the business; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative
  • Previous experience working closely with Sales & Operations is a plus
