The Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical candidate to join our growing supply operations team. This role is at the forefront of leading our supply operations strategy and analysis. You’ll partner with supply operations leads to continually up-level the way we measure and analyze our performance and act on those insights. The ideal candidate loves data and business analytics, can synthesize complex insights into a simple message and is experienced in driving change through a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
● Own city health analytics and provide actionable insights to the supply ops team
● Lead the development of new metrics and analysis within our BI tool
● Create, organize, and maintain critical operations dashboards
● Partner with sales ops to maintain and build sales funnel analysis
● Collaborate with stakeholders on Ad Hoc data requests
● Deliver and assist with scalable in-market initiatives
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in a similar role
● Deep understanding of SQL
● Strong Excel skills
● Comfortable working with large data sets
● Working knowledge of business analytics and retail customer data
● High levels of autonomy; a sense of urgency and ownership in work
