Peerspace is on a mission to bring people together. Our marketplace uncovers the world's most unique spaces — such as lofts, rooftops, and photo studios — and opens them for people to book almost any activity. With Peerspace, guests have hosted weddings, photo shoots, team meetings, and more. In total, over 5 million people have attended a Peerspace booking, and we're looking for people who want to help us reach the next 50 million.
We are looking for an experienced senior marketing data analyst to partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and the different business units to help them understand our users, our product performance and our market as a whole.
You are:
- Interested in becoming a key player in the marketplace world

- Entrepreneurial and thrive in dynamic environments
You have:
- 4+ year of experience in this role or similar
- High proficiency with SQL
- Experience with integrating with, or even building and scaling data pipelines
- Experience building with visualizations with Tableau, Sisense, Looker or similar a plus
- Experience communicating insights to business partners
- Ability to work cross-functionality in an dynamic environment
- Built attribution models, conversion funnels, A/B tests, KPI dashboards
You will:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business units
- Become a domain expert in key business areas
- Drive initiatives to improve the quality our data models and insights
- Work with partners to understand their function and provide insights
- Model, design, implement and automate business intelligence processes
- Design and implement data models and dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering in designing and implementing the data gathering processes
Even better, you also:
- Have experience in data-oriented languages like Python, R or Julia
- Have experience in statistics and experiment design
- Have worked with Airflow, DBT, Big Query and similar products
- Have worked with another marketplace startup
