Position Overview:   

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the business/client operations thru the establishment of best practices, discovering current gaps and providing critical thinking and problem-solving skills:

Key Strategic Responsibilities:

    • Operational Cadence/Rhythm of Business: Establish and maintain an operating rhythm of the business KPIs to ensure the service line is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives.
    • Business Process Improvement: Manage centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations. Specifically: Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Slack, and project management software.
    • Reporting: Develop collateral for executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration.
    • Metrics: Identify and develop reporting standards for existing and developing metrics and produce insights of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions.
    • KPIs: Develop and track key KPIs across the team that support strategic goals, milestones and accomplishments.
    • Internal Consultant: Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various related departments be able to optimize team performance.
    • Project Management: Organize and schedule project activities in a logical way to successfully facilitate the project scope, timeline and deliverables.
  • Communication Calendar: Create, manage and maintain specific communications and cadence for All Hands meetings, QBRs, team meetings, ongoing communications, etc.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Organize and lead the approach to all levels of our customer base. provide analytics and focus areas for improvement. Organize and monitor compliance with follow-up plans.

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of project management or similar experience in an account management operations role. 
  • Agile mindset that can adjust to changing deadlines and priorities as needed. 
  • Process improvement knowledge (LEAN a real plus)
  • Intuitive and pioneering- Seek out new areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Strong office suite (Excel, PPT, Word) skills. A plus would be skills in business intelligence software or a desire to learn
  • Experience working with Data Analytics and Data Visualization tools such as: Microsoft PowerBI, SISense, DOMO, Analytics Zoho Reports, Tableau, Google Analytics.
  • Must have strong communication skills to collaborate and communicate with multiple business verticals.

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Experience driving process change in complicated environments 
  • 3-5 years of experience with the PerfectServe Platform
  • Experience working with physicians and/or hospitals
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Six Sigma Certification, White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green or higher.

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements: 

This position requires interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. In order to best service our customers on the phone, face-to-face, or on the computer, all employees must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation.
