We’re looking for a curious, driven analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization at Affirm. We follow a data-driven approach that combines elements of strategy, systems, process and analytics to align go-to-market motions across the organization.
As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will work closely with the revenue growth teams as a key partner to drive scale and execute on new strategies. You will do this through optimizing processes and developing the tools that make the teams as productive as possible. We seek candidates who are eager to help our revenue teams by proactively identifying opportunities to scale the business! The ideal candidate must be tactical in helping build out programs and automation as well as strategic in thinking through coverage models.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze, advise and build efficient merchant lifecycle processes, with an emphasis on automation, to help teams acquire, retain, and grow our merchant base
Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Sales & CS Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Legal, Revenue Ops, and Analytics
Design, develop & deliver scalable reporting in Salesforce
Collaborate with the business systems team to build, improve and implement new Salesforce features and 3rd party tools; define processes to ensure data integrity within our CRM
Work with Revenue Enablement to train and support the growing revenue teams in addition to the growth of your own team
What We Look For:
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
2+ years of revenue/sales operations or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (experience as a SFDC administrator is a plus)
Mastery of Excel / Google Sheet functions and a confirmed understanding of business intelligence tools (Looker), SQL, SOQL
Prior experience in data analysis and reporting
A strong taste for organization and a growth mentality
Pay Grade - CAN27
Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
CAN base pay range per year:
Min: $80,100
Mid: $96,100
Max: $112,200
