Who You Are

  • You have experience in the following and are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and diving in to figure out what’s needed. 
  • Strong proficiency drawing conclusions from data: expertise in Python, SQL, and querying databases for investigative and analytics purposes.
  • Experience with clinical coding standards (e.g. LOINC, SNOMED CT®, CPT®, ICD) and clinical data exchange standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
  • Experience in Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive arguments based on your own data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Structured problem solving skills, strong analytical abilities, willingness to take initiatives and drive them.



What You’ll Do

  • You’ll make a key contribution to the development of our clinical AI products by:
  • Performing analysis of product performance indicators, including clinical outcomes, and communicating insights to inform executive decisions at Bayesian and our health system clients. 
  • Managing data and maintaining our internal reporting system to monitor and understand performance and quality, including engagement, trends, efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Mapping and extracting clinical concepts from electronic health record (EHR) system data. 
  • Improving data quality, data mapping, enabling data mapping and identifying and closing gaps in data mapping
  • Analyzing, investigating, and closing mapping gaps during integration projects with new health systems.
  • Extracting new clinical indicators from the data
  • Designing and implementing metrics for measuring performance
  • Investigating production support issues and customer questions by digging into and querying clinical and product usage data within the Bayesian system and/or the customer EHR system.
