Striim is on a mission to power all decisions and operations with real-time data. We provide an infinitely scalable data integration and streaming platform adopted by over 150 enterprise companies including the likes of Albertsons, Google, Macy’s, Microsoft, and UPS. Striim has raised over $100 million in funding including a recent $50 million investment led by Goldman Sachs Growth.
Our Customer Data Engineer will work directly with our customers to understand their data challenges today and help them to design and build solutions using Striim, allowing them to modernize their data architecture to meet both the current and future needs of the business. Striim makes it easy to ingest, process, and deliver real-time data across diverse environments in the cloud and on-premise. In this role, you will be able to help the world's largest companies in every industry build mission critical data infrastructure using popular cloud platforms like AWS, Azure (Synapse), Google Cloud (Spanner, BigQuery), Snowflake, MongoDB, and Kafka.
As a Customer Data Engineer, your responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you will work with small teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. Your day might span discussing architecture with fellow engineers, wrangling massive-scale data, speaking with customer executives or establishing strategy for your team.
This role requires the employee to travel to various client locations. Striim, Inc. currently requires that all employees who are required to travel for work, as well as employees and visitors to its office, are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. Accordingly, this role requires full COVID-19 vaccination (subject to any exemptions or accommodations due to medical or religious reasons)

Our founding team is experienced, proven and successful: they were part of the core team at Weblogic (acquired by BEA, 2002) and GoldenGate (acquired by Oracle, 2009).
