Data Analyst, Community Analytics | Job Description

Flipside is a commercialization engine that drives outcomes for blockchains. We’re looking for a rock star data analyst to gather data, run experiments, track outcomes, and help shape the strategies we deploy for our partners.

This is a critical role on the Community Analytics Ecosystem team, overseeing programmatic delivery of our growth services to a number of leading blockchain partners.

The right candidate for the role will be relentless, passionate, authentic, and achieve by being obsessed with the details.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performance Analytics:
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze outcomes across different channels
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
• Data Collection and Reporting:
  • Collect and organize and maintain relevant data from multiple sources to create comprehensive customer-facing performance reports.
  • Generate actionable insights and present findings to cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, product, and sales.
• KPI Development:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth campaigns based on outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure KPIs align with overall business goals and strategies.
• Optimization Strategies:
  • Collaborate with ecosystem leads and partners to optimize account plans based on performance data.
  • Provide recommendations for adjustments to maximize the impact of growth strategies.
• Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze competitors and other blockchains to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Benchmark our growth performance against industry standards and competitors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in growth measurement, analytics, or a related role.
• Excellent data interpretation and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in crypto & blockchain industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
