We're seeking a passionate Data Analyst to help build and manage the most powerful dataset in real estate.

What you'll do:

• Work within a collaborative team of engineers and analysts to support and enhance the data driving all of HouseCanary’s products and real estate solutions
• Become a subject matter expert on all of the data powering residential real estate operations 
• Apply strength in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve the accuracy of all data flowing into and out of our systems
• Create and maintain automated reporting and monitoring that provides real time visibility into data quality and performance

What you have:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying statistical methods and data visualization to deliver solutions
• Excellent SQL skills
• Working knowledge of Python with commitment and capacity to accelerate your skills
• Enthusiasm for data problems of all sorts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting priorities
