The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be joining a newly created data team tasked with cultivating a data informed company culture. You’ll be responsible for analyzing source data from multiple systems, extracting insights, creating reports and effectively communicating business-oriented recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders. You’ll do all this by absorbing the company’s mission, vision and OKRs, and by analyzing large data sets from both our B2C and B2B subscription businesses to help inform and guide our pursuit of those objectives.

  •     Conduct analysis of large data sets from both our B2C subscription and B2B SaaS businesses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
  •     Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure business performance, including LTV, CAC and customer churn
  •     Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
  •     Scope and perform ad hoc data analysis 
  •     Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance and highlight areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain an efficient ETL for both low latency reporting and deep modeling/analysis
  •     Create and execute models using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting/statistical tools
  •     Effectively and clearly present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, and provide guidance on how to leverage data to drive business growth

What You Bring


  •     Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field
  •     2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a B2C subscription and B2B SaaS environment
  •     Proficient in SQL and experience working with large datasets (Snowflake)
  •     Experienced in development of and working in modern ETL tools (DBT)
  •     Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma 
  •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
  •     Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
  •     Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
