The Opportunity
This is a crucial role in Marketing where you will be a key player in delivering reporting and insights that drive the Marketing roadmap. In this role you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely reports, insights, and forecasts to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to ensure critical information is shared effectively across the team.
- Provide strategic recommendations on channel attribution, budget allocation, and marketing mix to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand market trends and customer behaviors, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Analyze A/B testing and multivariate experiments, making recommendations on rollout and next steps
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics tools and practices.

What to expect
This role reports to our Director of Reporting & Analytics with a dotted line to our VP of Marketing. Soundstripe is a remote-friendly company and the team is geographically distributed with a few opportunities for in-person connections each year.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and combining analysis across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel, HubSpot).
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL and working with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift and BI/Visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with paid performance and SEO platforms like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Adwords Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite a major plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Experience with subscription services and/or ecommerce is ideal.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
