Responsibilities

• Research production issues to determine root cause and recommend solutions
• Write database queries and SQL utilities to perform data extract, data tuning and analysis
• Work with internal QC team to identify data issues and provide solution
• Evaluate internal data sources and processes for integrity, working cross-functionally with other internal teams, Project Managers and Account Managers to resolve errors
• Communicate and collaborate with Specialty Pharmacies and other data vendors to ensure data quality
• Participates in meetings and discussions with internal and external customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experiences in data analysis or related
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of how data is extracted, transferred, loaded, scrubbed, etc.
• Functional experience with Microsoft SQL and MS Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Some familiarity with standard industry-specific metrics preferred, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry

Nice-to-Haves

• API experience is a plus
